i have the right to cancel/decline a commission

i am allowed to use your commission to advertise my work + post the art anywhere

you are more than welcome to post your finished commission on your own social media as long as you provide credit in the form of my username or a link to my carrd

commissions aren't for commercial use

please do not rush me! if anything happens and i have to delay or cancel the commission i will notify you

additionally, please be respectful! any rude behavior will result in the cancellation of your order (and possible greylisting)

rush/priority fee is +40% of the total payment

you can ask to be added to a pinglist! please specify what you want to be pinged for (general commissions, customs, adopts, etc.)

my art is never to be used and associated with nfts or anything related to the community

don't claim any of my art, designs, or characters as your own

please provide a clear reference (unshaded/minimal shading is preferred). i wont work with text descriptions or traditional references

i will only allow character changes if i haven't started working on the commission yet

to order a commission you can contact me when slots are open

i usually make a post notifying when i open commissions! said post will have any additional information about how to order

please pay within 72 hours. if you fail to pay within the time limit your slot will go to someone else

usd payments through paypal only. i accept dA points as well ($1 = 100 points) through commission widgets only

i will only start working once i receive full payment

you can ask for progress reports! but you can always check my trello list to see where you are in the queue

the time for your commission to be completed can go from anywhere between a few days and 3 months (please keep in mind that i am in school and i can't give up time from my school schedule to draw)

i will not provide any refunds if you buy a character whether it was an auction, flatsale or ota

however, for art commissions, if you ask for a refund and i haven't started at all there is no charge. if im still in the sketch phase you will receive 70% of your payment. after the sketch phase i will not be able to refund you (this is only allowed after the 3 month mark)

you may change the gender (unless it is to detransition a trans design) and species

you may edit the design using the original lineart

you may redesign the design as long as its still recognizable (and please keep me credited for the old design)

you may re-sell (ONLY if bought), re-gift, or re-trade my designs

if the character doesn't have any extra artwork you cannot sell it for more than it was purchased for

you may not sell a design you received as a gift or in a trade unless the character has additional artwork (commissioned and/or personal)

i will accept mixed payment (e.g. paypal + points) and payment plans for higher payments

you may make private bids and abs

don't ab an adopt if you are uncertain/considering backing out

if you are the highest bidder and need to back out of an auction, please reply to your bid stating as such

if you need to back out of an auction after winning, please let me know instead of ignoring me so i can give the claim to the next highest bidder

please pay within 48 hours. if you fail to pay within the time limit the claim will go to another person or the next highest bidder

if you fail to pay or back out of an auction multiple times you will be greylisted

please tell me what you specifically don't want (e.g. colors or accessories) and if there's anything specific you want

if you are unhappy with a custom, please approach me in an understanding and respectful manner. i cannot make a perfect design but i can try my best to work something out if youre unsatisfied!
